Thank you for interest in creating a career advice video on ElevateTrak. In doing so, you will find 5 questions to answer that shouldn't take more than approximately 10 minutes. CLICK HERE to see the 5 questions you will be asked to answer. After you complete the video, ElevateTrak normally performs light edits and inserts the questions so that it is easier for the viewer to follow.
Tips for Success
- You do not need to repeat the questions before answering them. ElevateTrak will edit and insert the questions in the submitted video so that it should be clear which question is being answered.
- Each question is designed to be answered in 2 minutes or less. If you are spending more time you should think about shortening your answer.
- You should review the questions ahead of time so that you have your answers prepared and feel comfortable creating a video.

By creating content for the ElevateTrak Career Advice Video Program, I grant ElevateTrak, including any subsidiary and affiliated entities, if any, (hereinafter "ElevateTrak") the right to use my name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, video, biographical information and any other indicia of identity, in any format whatsoever (collectively, my "Identifications") provided to ElevateTrak for the purpose of offering an educational resource for career insights, and to distribute, broadcast and exhibit my Identifications, without charge, restriction or liability, in any media now known or hereafter devised (including, but not limited to, television, internet, web casting, and video streaming). I understand that I will not receive any compensation for any such use of my Identifications.
